Homestay Program

The College will assist students in obtaining suitable accommodations. The College’s well-established homestay program gives students the opportunity to live with Canadian families, where accommodations and three daily meals are provided. Please notify the College at least 2 weeks in advance and submit the relevant homestay application form with your application package.

Scholarships

RCC has a scholarship program for outstanding students with award values up to $5,000. Potential scholarship recipients are identified during the admissions process based on the academic and application information received. Learn more.

Airport Reception

International students seeking accommodation and airport reception services from the College should notify the College at least 2 weeks in advance of their detailed travel schedule. Please include the relevant airport reception form with your application package.

Medical Insurance

International students are entitled to medical and hospital benefits through the B.C. Medical Services Plan. However, this plan is not available to new students during their stay in B.C. for the first three calendar months. The College can arrange for a private insurance company to provide the medical coverage during this waiting period.

Counseling Services

In line with the academic development of students, the College provides students with counseling services to assist them in educational and career planning. These services will be available to students with personal and academic problems as well.

Visa Services

The College will provide international students with necessary services for the extension of Study Permits and other visas.
